Settings
- Clicking on the Settings (gear) button at the bottom of the Apps Information field provides access to the Contacts app settings.
- The Contacts settings also enables you to share, export and delete address books
- Settings options includes:
Contacts list/ Address book
- can be copied and shared as a link by selecting Copy link.
- By deleting the entire Address book, all the contacts in it will be deleted.
- The option ‘Enable’ will enable the Address book, so that it is listed to choose address book while creating new contact.
How to share a contact?
- To share a contact with users or groups, select the share icon and select the user or group.
How to add Address book?
New address books can be added by adding the Address book name and it will be added in the left side.
The Settings field shows all available Address books, certain options for each Address book, and it enables you to create new Address books, simply by specifying an Address books name.
Sorting contact list
Contact can be sorted by First name, Last name, Display name or by Last modified.
Generate QR code
By selecting the option, Generate QR code from the overflow menu against each contact, you can Generate the QR code of that contact. If you need to save the contact to your mobile contact list, scan the QR code and the particular contact data will be fetched to your phone and sent to the Add contact page.
