Group folders and shared folders
In Dooth Vault, an admin or head of your department / team has the provision to create your team group folder and share all files related to the team and its activities. If there is such a folder, it will appear in files as shown here: the folder marked in red square is the group folder. The documents shared by your leader or manager can be accessed from here.
The shared folder is a created folder that is shared to multiple users by using the sharing tab from folder details section. It is marked by a green circle.
